Who I am
Not your average cat sitter
I’m Luciana — a cat care professional with a deep respect for every cat’s needs, rhythm, comfort, and individuality.
I visit your cats in their own space — where they feel safest — to take care of the essentials: fresh food and water, clean bowls, a spotless litter box, and time for play, cuddles, or quiet companionship. If it’s safe and part of their usual day, I’ll also let them enjoy some fresh air on the balcony or in the garden. It’s very important to me to follow their routine as closely as possible and to let them lead. We do what makes them happy, what they feel comfortable with, and always at their own pace.
After each visit, I share honest updates, great photos, videos, and little stories of what we do together (my favourite part!) so you can feel close to your cat no matter where you are — along with practical tips and information to support their well-being and help them live their best life. If you’d like to sit down and talk about improving their home environment or your relationship with them, I’m always happy to help.
As a trained professional, I can offer care that not everyone can — I’m highly experienced with seniors, kittens, cats with medical conditions, and those who simply need a bit of extra attention. I can administer all kinds of medication (pills, insulin injections, inhalers, fluids, drops, etc.) in a calm, stress-free way. Special diets, extra care, vet visits, a watchful eye, and keeping everything clean, safe, and comfortable are all part of the support I’m happy to provide while you’re away.
I’m a cat sitter with a mission: to help your cat feel happier, more relaxed, and truly understood after every visit. I focus on nurturing calm, confidence, and trust that gently grow over time. I want your cat to have the best cat sitter in Amsterdam!

Medication, special diets and feeding schedules are no problem. I want your input on what makes your cat comfortable and will give you advice on how to make their lives even better.

I love what I do, and I'm not ashamed to say that I'm a cat-sitting nerd: I regularly attend training courses and events to help me develop. I'm a member of local and international professional networks. I keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
