What a daily visit is like
1. My Hellos
I greet your cat calmly and respectfully, letting them approach in their own time. I move slowly, give them space, and wait for their OK to come in. And of course, I’m always careful they don't slip out the door.

2. Their Food & Water
Food comes first — a happy belly means a happier, calmer cat! I wash their bowls, refresh their water, and serve meals just as they’re used to, keeping mealtime relaxed and familiar. I follow the same routine every time to stay predictable and reduce stress.
3. Their Litter Box
I scoop the litter box, tidy the area, and check for any signs your cat might be unwell. What happens in the litter box tells a lot about their health.
4. Their Entertainment
I spend time with your cat in whatever way suits them best — playing, cuddling, exploring or just relaxing together. I follow their lead while finding gentle ways to keep them entertained, engaged, and active — enrichment is at the heart of my care.
5. Their Medication
If your cat requires medication (additional fee applies), I will carefully follow your instructions. As a Fear Free Professional, I aim to keep the experience calm and low-stress and always work with the cat’s comfort and consent in mind. Medication will be given when it can be done safely and without causing undue stress.
6. Their Health & Your Home's Cleanliness
I stay alert for anything unusual, paying close attention to body language and behaviour for signs of illness or discomfort. If I notice hairballs or any “accidents,” I clean up and keep you informed of anything important. I also value a clean workspace, so I make sure to tidy up after myself.
7. My Updates
After each visit, I’ll send you photos, videos, and a short update about our time together — so you’ll always know how your cat is doing. I also leave a daily report and share tips to make their life even happier and better.
8. Your Home Care
I can water indoor plants, empty your mailbox, adjust lights or blinds, and do light tidying — keeping your home comfortable, clean, and secure while you’re away.

I’m Luciana — a cat care professional with a deep respect for every cat’s needs, rhythm, comfort, and individuality.
As a dedicated cat sitter, I ensure your cat receives the personalised care they deserve, all in the comfort of their own home — where they feel safest. I take care of all the essentials with patience and compassion. It’s very important to me to follow cats' routine as closely as possible and to let them lead. We do what makes them happy, what they feel comfortable with, and always at their own pace.
After each visit, I’ll share honest updates so you know exactly how things went. A big part of what I offer is practical tips and insights to support your cat’s well-being and help them live their best life — not just during my visits, but in their everyday life. And if you’d ever like to sit down together and look at how to improve their home environment or your relationship with them, I’m always happy to help.
I also put a lot of heart into taking beautiful photos and videos of your cat, and I sometimes create little stories about our time together (it’s part of the fun for me). That way, you can still feel close to your cat, even when you’re not there.
As a trained professional, I can offer care that not everyone can. I have extensive experience with senior cats, kittens, cats with medical conditions, and those who simply need a bit of extra attention. I can administer medication (pills, insulin injections, inhalers, fluids, drops, etc.) in a calm, low-stress manner (please note your cat’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities, and I will never force medication if it causes distress). Special diets, extra care, vet visits, careful monitoring, and keeping everything clean, safe, and comfortable are all part of the support I’m happy to provide while you’re away.
